Please fill out form below and choose your table option and your payment method. If paying with PayPal**, click on the PayPal button to complete the transaction.
Table Options to choose from:
Inside – Table and Chairs will be supplied
□ $40 - Table is 8’ x 30” wide (2 chairs included)
□ $50 - Table 8’ x 30” 2 chairs (with Electricity; indoors only)
Outside – You supply your own table and covering
□ $40 - 10” x 10’ outdoor space only, spaces will be marked
